Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with The Believer! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business day
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There’s often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at essential25textile@gmail.com and send your item to the same address which is mention in shipping label.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
